Overview: We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Greet customers and provide them with information on available services - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document issues - Recommend appropriate services based on customer needs - Generate service orders and explain repair estimates to customers - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles - Upsell additional services or products as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field - Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs - Ability to handle cash transactions and process payments - Proficiency in service writing and estimating repairs - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Familiarity with tire services and diesel engine repair is a plus - Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
